天仁茶業供應休閒小站的紅茶被驗出農藥芬普尼超標，食品藥物管理署雖不排除檢驗誤差的可能性，但也指出，進口茶葉混合不均勻，即使同批也可能某區塊檢驗合格，另一區塊檢驗超標，須待台中市衛生局複驗結果。

問題紅茶是天仁茶業委託進口商「台聖貿易」自越南進口，共計192公斤。食藥署北區管理中心副主任王德原表示，目前北市衛生局尚未確認進口時是否通過查驗，而這批茶葉是1月進口，當時越南紅茶還沒提高到100％逐批查驗，須待確認。

此外，毒茶風暴流入化妝品，「3點1刻」烏龍玫瑰茶上周被檢出含禁用農藥DDT，其上游「台南詠昇堂」將部分疑似問題玫瑰花瓣當化妝品原料出售。台南市衛生局5日重罰詠昇堂60萬元，並移送台南地檢署偵辦。

食藥署昨表示，已掌握詠昇堂下游有台中順億化工、桃園凱氏國際2業者，共購進8公斤的問題玫瑰花，僅0.2公斤玫瑰花粉流入散戶，其餘未上市已封存。

另，高雄市衛生局昨天也公布河億貿易有限公司販售的茉莉花三落松超標，億美有限公司販售的鐵觀音殘留農藥芬普尼超標。
